This project grew from its original scope of converting a hall closest to a bar with wine storage and ice maker all while not giving up storage. After receiving numerous accolades from the client for superior artistry, the project expanded to adding a 4th floor. The goal was to add on all while making the expansion look original to the floor plan.
Highlights included nematic elevator up to the central stair system, whole house audio, whole house fire suppression system, two complete bedroom, and bathroom renovations. $400,000 for 1500 square foot renovation.
The first floor we designed and then built a custom bar with a stone wall backsplash, red and white wine storage. Floating Ebony wood shelves with hidden LED lighting.
Next, we moved the guest bathroom with full marble slab walls and glass enclosure.
In the guest bedroom, we installed a large 24″ x 36″ wall tiles all along the north wall. Detailed included whole home full blackout Lutron roller shades and custom marble shelves with Lutron controlled LED lighting.
In the master suite, full maple panel wall with custom art lighting and art framing was installed. Detailed included full blackout Lutron roller shades and custom low voltage integration with the sound and video.
A fourth-floor media room was designed and planned around custom furniture and slab brown marble walls. All custom millwork was finished with a high gloss automotive paint with Lutron controlled LED lighting.
The fourth-floor bathroom is detailed out with a skylight, Dornbracht fixtures, Italian slab stone, frameless glass and custom floor drains.
Outside there is a private balcony and custom designed and built water feature utilizing the same stone as in the bathroom.
Whole-home fire sprinkler system, Sonos audio system, security system Lutron dimming system was designed and programmed to be used with the owners iPhone.
Last a custom air-based elevator system with custom landings was developed and installed throughout the home. It is a sight to see!
